If you exceed a total of 10Mb of unread email for more than 4 weeks it will be deleted. If you think this is likely to be a problem contact Notnet and we may be able to come to an arrangement.

You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any material of this nature available via your email. Notnet accepts no responsibility for material of this nature available via your email.

Notnet shall not be held liable for any loss of material however occasioned.

If your account is barred for any reason access to your site and your email will be suspended.

Notnet reserve the right to suspend any or all of our service at any time, without notice.

You may not use any of our services to post or promote unsolicited/bulk messages.

If so requested by Notnet or a recipient you must desist from posting messages to said recipient on request.

If your account is terminated by Notnet due to a breach of the terms and conditions or acceptable use policies any monies taken will not be refunded.

Notnet reserve the right to vary the terms of use and acceptable use policy for this service at their sole discretion at any time and without prior notice.

Any decision made by Notnet in relation to this service shall be final.
